Two kilograms of fruit are taken from each vine, the Sangiovese and Bombino are picked first in the middle of September, then the Montepulciano and finally the Nero di Troia.Fermentation is in steel tanks and lasts seven days with a regular pumping over.
The wine is aged for six months in steel and bottled with a light filtration.Plum, cherry violet and basil, very authentic ripe fruit aromas, a touch of sweet cinnamon and clove. Soft, open raspberry and bramble flavours, very easy and beautifully refreshing. 12%
