La Raia Gavi
Grapes are handpicked in mid-September, after a careful selection the bunches are de-stemmed prior to a soft pressing. Fermentation takes 15/20 days at 18’C. The wine remains on the lees for 3 to 4 months and it is cold stabilized before bottling in March.
Soft, fresh lime and floral fruit wrapped on a mineral core, delicate and voluptuous. 12.5%
